New GTM account/containers set up for COS

I have set up a GTM account for “Mason College of Science”. Within this account, I have created and configured containers for biology.gmu.edu and esp.gmu.edu. Once the administrator for those websites is ready to remove the existing GA code and install the new GTM plugin, we will implement these new GTM containers on their websites.
