CVPA has been campaign-tagging their email communications. CVPA sells tickets online through tickets.com. We worked with tickets.com to: get our Google Analytics tracking code working on tickets.com; and get relevant ticket purchase info pushed to the GTM data layer (event, number of tickets, total order value). As a result CVPA is now in the enviable […]

CVPA uses tickets.com to sell tickets to performances at their venues (Center for the Arts and Hylton Center). I published a change to the GTM container by Capacity Interactive (CI). CI added a custom HTML tag to implement a second GTM container on the site that they directly control. To keep things organized, CI prefixed the name of the tag with “CI -” and placed it in the “02 third-party additions” folder.

I met with Stacey Schwartz of CVPA to discuss strategies for providing access to their third-party digital marketing vendor, Capacity Interactive. We have provided them with “read” access to the production views for cfa.gmu.edu and hyltoncenter.org, so they can see the analytics. We have also provided them with “edit” (but not “publish”) access to the […]
