1. Go to Google Analytics admin page for the appropriate GA account
2. Click on Create Property
3. Use your production website domain as the ‘property name’
4. Set the “reporting time zone” to “New York Time”
5. Click Next
6. Set the business information section as shown
7. Click Create
8. Click on Property Settings
9. Modify the “property name” box to include “GA4 – ” at the end (e.g.: “example.gmu.edu – GA4”)
10. Click Save
11. Click on “Data Streams”
