I met with the Office of Military Services to do a 30-day analytics review of their new website.
Specifically, I wanted to review with them:
- how their website is being used,
- what data is being collected,
- what data is not being collected that they might need,
- what measurable goals could be set for the website
We determined that we should set goals measuring when users access the main VA Benefits page, and when users access the VRRF form.
Next we will do a 90-day analytics review to review website performance based on these goals.
