Analytics consultation with Stearn’s Center

I met with two staff members from Stearn’s Center to discuss and review analytics for stearnscenter.gmu.edu and odl.gmu.edu in preparation for their upcoming project to consolidate those two websites into one.

We reviewed Google Analytics in general and walked-through the various Google Analytics reports for those two websites, looking particularly at information that might help them with the content consolidation.

We also discussed how to obtain Google Analytics access as well as options for configuring/upgrading the analytics, particuarly on odl.gmu.edu. (stearnscenter.gmu.edu had previously been upgraded.)

They expressed interest in doing some consultations with our team in preparation for their website redesign, particularly content and UI/UX consultations. I provided them general information on how we approach helping people with website redesigns.
