Consultation with Government and Community Relations

I met with three staff members of Government and Community Relations to review their analytics and discuss next steps.

We reviewed the analytics on their websites – including,, and the community portal pages on the Mason core website to identify any issues and areas of improvement, as well as just to familiarize them with the GA interface. I also created some custom segments and reports for them to use.

We plan to implement GTM on both of their stand-alone websites, as well as implement conversion goals in their analytics.

I also discussed with them the value of campaign-tagging for their emails and social media posts. They are planning on implementing campaign-tagging for future communications and I will help them implement and test.
