Consultation with Government and Community Relations

I met with Government and Community Relations to review the analytics on the ‘community portal’ pages on the core website and the website.

We reviewed site activity including landing pages, all pageviews, and expandable areas and outbound link clicks on particular active pages.

We identified some areas for improvement on the website and some configration changes that should be made (referral exclusion list).

We also discussed next steps, including confirming GA access for their team, additional training for their team, implementing campaign-tagging for links on social media and emails, and setting-up conversion goals in GA.
