I met with Stacey Schwartz of CVPA to discuss their custom reports and custom dashboards which I had helped them set-up earlier.
They had some questions about how to interpret the data in the reports.
We also reviewed and discussed apparent inconsistencies between the data they were receiving from their email system and the corresponding data they were seeing in their web analytics. We were able to identify some issues and reasons that there were apparent differences.
We also discussed how to make the data more consistent by using campaign-tagging on their email communications.
